What was the first record you fell in love with?
Britney Spears – Baby One More Time. I was 7 years old when it came out and would play this song every single day. It really kicked off my obsession with music from then on.
What is the most important thing about your work at RCA?
The most important parts to me are: 1. Being able to see an artist excited about their music and the way we decide share it with the world. 2. Seeing fans embrace a new artist or build a community around an artist they love

The Battle of Britpop – Oasis vs. Blur… DRAMA

SZA – 20 Something
What live performance will you never forget?
Fred Again.. at the Roxy. Went in not knowing much of his music, left as one of his biggest fans.
