What was the first record you fell in love with?
Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) was really the first album as a young elementary school student that I memorized all the way through. It really opened my world up to vivid storytelling and rawness that only Hip Hop can deliver so brilliantly.
What is the most important thing about your work at RCA?
The passion not only from me, but also the fans and the artist. What beautiful thing when that comes together. It’s why I do this!
What was a critical moment in music history for you?
The Weeknd’s House Of Balloons and Frank Ocean’s Nostalgia, ULTRA both dropping in 2011. I changed the RnB game!
Name a record that has had a significant impact on you.
Kanye’s College Dropout album. It came out at just the right time in my life.
What live performance will you never forget?
Jadakiss performing on VERZUZ and Jay-Z bringing out Michael Jackson at 2001 Summer Jam.
