LOS ANGELES, CA (October 28, 2022) – Following a run of hit singles this year, singer-songwriter Christian French shares his latest track “karma,” out now via Disruptor Records/RCA Records. Taking to task the overreliance on karma to balance things out, Christian’s new single is a melodic pop single that explores a one-sided relationship.
On the inspiration behind the track, Christian says,“‘karma’ is about being with someone and it feels like they’re always keeping score. If you do something ‘right,’ they’ll treat you right, but if you accidentally do something ‘wrong’ they’ll make sure you don’t live it down until they feel like you’re even. They put too much faith in karma making things right, when really it just comes down to whether both sides care enough to put in the extra effort or not.”
Later this fall, Christian will be returning to the road with the announcement of hissold-out golden years fall tour. The multi-city undertaking will see Christian making stops in Salt Lake City, Denver, Chicago and more, in addition to a performance in his home state of Indiana. About Christian French
With over 400 million global streams and praise from TIME Magazine, Billboard, Ones To Watch, American Songwriter, and more under his belt, 25-year-old Christian French is one of today’s fastest-rising indie-pop stars. The Indiana native learned to play piano by watching YouTube and posting covers online, eventually going on to write music in college before chasing his dreams to Los Angeles.
