March 30, 2023 — Today, global superstar Becky G and Mexican artist Peso Pluma released their new single“Chanel” via Kemosabe Records/ Sony Music Latin/ RCA Records – listen here! Backed by the classic regional Mexican sound and authentic instruments, Becky and Peso’s sultry voices together showcase their roots in perfect harmony. The new single is produced by Edgar Barrera, Peso Pluma, George Prajin, Jesús Iván Leal Reyes, Jesús Roberto Laija García and Ernesto Fernández.
“Chanel” comes right after Becky’s recent collaboration with Dominican legend Omega for their song “Arranca,” accumulating 5 million global streams in the first week of its release – listen here and watch the official video here! Earlier this month, Becky received the Billboard Women in Music Impact Award for using her music and platform to create positive social change while advocating on behalf of women both in, and beyond, the music industry. Becky also received nine Premio Lo Nuestro nominations taking home Song of the Year for her track “MAMIII” with Karol G. Earlier this week, Becky received an iHeart Radio Music Award for best Latin Pop/Reggaeton Song of the Year also for “MAMIII.” Becky is also the most nominated female artist this year at the Latin American Music Awards, with a total of nine nominations including Artist of the Year.
In April, Becky will return to the desert, this time for her own headlining Coachella debut for both weekend one and two of the highly anticipated festival.
