Hailing from Maplewood, New Jersey, Ally Salort’s upbringing was immersed in music and art. Drawn to singing from a young age and inspired by her older brother’s recitals, Ally, at just seven years old, asked to take lessons—which opened up a whole new world for her. At 14, Ally discovered a talent search ad offering finalists the chance to be flown out to LA. As one of the finalists, she had the opportunity to record in studios and meet with industry executives. Through this experience, it motivated Ally to focus on growing her audience. A year later, she began posting covers on YouTube, which eventually led to a loyal fanbase on TikTok, where she now shares both covers and original music.

With a voice that carries both warmth and vulnerability, Ally’s music explores themes of love, self-discovery, and emotional growth. Inspired by artists like Ariana Grande and Fiona Apple, her songwriting resonates with listeners who appreciate the ability to express deep, complex emotions through lyrics, while creating songs that feel personal and relatable. Aiming to present everyday moments and emotions in a fresh, creative way, she strives to spark thought and inspiration, offering listeners a new perspective. Currently, she’s working on new music and will be embarking on a European tour this March with Mackenzy Mackay.
