[New York, NY – February 7, 2025] Today, breakout Jacksonville rapper Nardo Wick share his new EP entitled Hold Off via Flawless Entertainment/RCA Records – click HERE to listen. Hold Off finds Nardo Wick in his distinctive rap style, which is intense and raw. His rapping style blends trap influences with a slow, gritty flow, combined with his signature ad-libs and a haunting, bass-heavy production. The EP is solely focused on Nardo’s bars and flow, having only one feature across the entire EP – Kodak Black. Nardo Wick is gearing up for the release of his sophomore album Wick, which is slated for release later this year.

This new single comes after the release of Nardo’s single and music video “I Wonder” – click HERE to listen / click HERE to watch. The music video was directed by Nardo and Hidji World (Latto / Metro Boomin) in Atlanta, GA and features a special cameo from female rapper Lakeyah. Ahead of releasing “I Wonder”, Nardo dropped two singles entitled“Oh Shit” feat. BossMan Dlow and “Deep End.” Earlier last year, Nardo linked up with Future for his single and music video “Back To Back” – click HERE to listen / click HERE to watch. The music video co-directed by NardoWick, Ndoh,and Supo Supreme and shot in Miami and Los Angeles. “Back To Back” was the second collaboration between Nardo Wick and Future since the 2021 release of Nardo’s single “Me or Sum.” This also marks Future’s first single release since dropping two back to back albums with Metro Boomin.
Prior to this, Nardo Wick wrapped touring with 21 Savage for his American Dream Tour. Earlier last year, Nardo Wick collaborated with SexyyRed for his single and music video “Somethin’”– click here to listen. The Ndoh-directed video was shot in Atlanta and portrayed the unfiltered lifestyle of Nardo and Sexxy Red. Just ahead of dropping “Somethin,’” Nardo Wick dropped his a freestyle and visual,“Wickstyle.” Nardo has been in the studio, working on multiple projects and perfecting his sound.

Jacksonville, Florida native Nardo Wick, exploded onto the rap scene and racked up accolade after accolade within the first two years of his career. His hit single “Who Want Smoke” officially dropped at the start of 2021 and since then has been RIAA-certified Gold. Following up the rise of “Who Want Smoke?,” Nardo’s released a slew of successful tracks including “Shhh”, “Pull Up” and “I Be Chillin” before releasing the alternative version of “Who Want Smoke??” featuring Lil Durk, 21 Savage and G Herbo, which is now 3X Platinum. Nardo released his now Platinum debut album Who Is Nardo Wick? towards the end of 2021 and it landed in the Top 20 (#19) on the Billboard 200 chart, making it the fifth largest debut of 2021. In 2022, Nardo was inducted into the 2022 XXL Freshman Class and went on his first-ever tour, Who Is Nardo Wick?: The Tour. That same year he also released Who Is Nardo Wick ?? (Deluxe) which included new tracks such as “Krazy Krazy,” “Riot,” “G Nikes” ft. Polo G and includes features from major artists such as The Kid LAROI, Latto, and Lakeyah. In addition to his own music, he’s been a feature on singles for artists such as DJ Khaled, Lil Baby, Skillibeng and more as well as being featured on film soundtracks for Judas And The Black Messiah and ELVIS.
