March 23, 2024 (Los Angeles, CA) – Singer-songwriter Normani officially announced the upcoming release of her latest single titled “1:59,” featuring Gunna via RCA Records. The single is set to drop on April 26th, giving listeners a preview of what’s to come in her long-awaited and highly anticipated debut album, “DOPAMINE.”
Since embarking on her solo endeavor in 2018, Normani has captivated audiences with a series of impactful singles. Among her notable releases are “Dancing With a Stranger” with Sam Smith and “Love Lies” with Khalid, both of which soared into the top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart, charting at No. 7 and No. 9, respectively. “Motivation” and “Wild Side” featuring Cardi B have also charted the Hot 100, peaking at No. 33 and No. 14, respectively.
During a recent cover and feature interview with Who What Wear, Normani shares that “the album feels like a liberation and like a season of freedom.
