Sleepy’s sails along the Great John produced-cut with his signature seductive base as he echoes “She like fashion!”

The new album boasts 20 tracks, including features from Babyface Ray on “Top Tier,” Jay Bezzy on “Like Practice” and “Back to LA.” With the AMA-winning and Grammy-nominated producer and recording artist, Great John’s executive production touch throughout the LP, the album sees Sleepy collab with rising MC Dracodontjam on “Ain’t Nun,” and even rejoining forces with labelmate Sheff G, on “Call Me.”

Sleepy has been on a roll with new music in lead up to the project, previously offering fans a video to “Mmm” following a Gray Hawken link-up on the MD$ (Kevin Gates, Burna Boy), 4x Grammy-nominated Ruuben (Burna Boy) produced, “Nostalgia,” and of course “Yes Freestyle,” (12M streams), a collaboration with his label mate, Brooklyn superstar Sheff G.
The album’s original announcement was teed up by recent co-headlining shows with labelmate Sheff G in NYC. Most recently the two held Winner’s Fest at the Palladium with Cash Cobain, Wolfacejoey and Bay Swag, along with Chow Lee and Jay Bezzy. Winner’s Fest culminated Sleepy’s run with Sheff G .on his “Don’t Sleep While It’s Lit Tour;” which found the rappers and co-founders of independent label Winners Circle Entertainment adding “Yes Freestyle” to their setlist and long lineage of collaborations, including “Tip Toe”, “Flows”, “Weight on Me”, “Breaking Bad (Okay)”, and more. It’s been a busy year for Sleepy, who is still riding the momentum from May’s “Winners In Paris” (35M+ Streams); with much more to come.
